Ruskin Square is located in the heart of East Croydon, adjacent to East Croydon Railway Station, which is one of the busiest transport hubs in London being used by 27 million passengers per year. Direct trains go from East Croydon to London Victoria and London Bridge within 15 minutes, and only 9 minutes into Clapham Junction. For domestic and international travel, London Gatwick is only 14 minutes away and London Heathrow is accessible within 52 minutes.

The tramlink provides an important east/west link with services from Beckenham to Wimbledon and is used by 28 million passengers a year. There is a dedicated tram stop outside Ruskin Square and it is estimated over 85,000 passengers alight here each week.
