Located to the north of Nottingham city centre, Arnold Business Centre provides a mixture of serviced and managed offices to rent, plus studios, a meeting room,  workshops, a meeting room, storage units, and a mailbox service.

The fully-restored hosiery mill provides commercial property for a variety of businesses, with units ranging from 100 – 15,000 square feet (9 -1,400 square metres). For example, we are currently home to a vehicle bodywork company, photographer and carpenter, as well as charities and financial service businesses. 

Our on-site team includes maintenance and cleaning staff, as well as a welcoming centre manager who organises regular coffee mornings. These give the opportunity to network with other residents, as well as customers from our nearby Roden House Business Centre.
