Offering eight beautifully designed private meeting rooms, 25 EP can also accommodate
interviews, board meetings or theatre space requirements, ranging from 3 to 70 in capacity. 

We’re located at Eccleston Yards, a community that offers fitness, wellness, dining and creative
spaces surrounding a wonderful courtyard. Our neighbourhood buzzes with excitement thanks
to fantastic restaurants such as Wild by Tart, Morena, The Jones Family Kitchen and Ole & Steen,
ideal for hosting business lunches and late meetings, in addition to managing your wellbeing
courtesy of Barry’s, Re:Mind and Hotpod Yoga.
