Hypoint was our first Hoults Yard Hub, located on Saltmeadows Road, Gateshead. Just a 20-minute walk from Gateshead Interchange and Trinity Square, with local landmarks such as the Baltic and Sage a short distance away. There is a variety of space available, including serviced workspaces starting from one-person offices with larger spaces on offer too. Hypoint also has a selection of workshops and industrial space on offer.

This building has recently received a number of upgrades. Breakout spaces have been updated, offices refurbished and entryways and facilities improved.
