Set within seven Grade 2* listed buildings, The Orchard Street Business Centre has been independently owned and run since 1997. Occupation of the offices is via simple flexible licence agreements and includes all costs of heat, light, power, business rates, cleaning and maintenance.

85 offices on site here, in BS1, just behind the Bristol Hippodrome and off of Park Street. The offices space ranges from a single desk in a shared facility to a 26 person, private office. We have a manned reception and meeting rooms available on site that can be flexibly booked.
