Location and Transport

Osprey Quay forms the gateway to the Isle of Portland and is accessed from three roundabouts on Portland Beach Road which leads to the A354. Weymouth and Dorchester are located approximately 4 miles and 11 miles respectively to the north and both are accessed by the A354 which in turn connects with the A35 providing
access to Exeter and beyond to the west, and London to the east via the M27/M3 motorway networks. Osprey Quay is significantly more accessible following the
opening of the A354 Weymouth relief road in March 2011.
