Located on the south west edge of the market town in Mid Devon, Cullompton is 6 miles south of Tiverton and approximately 15 miles north of Exeter. Cullompton has a population of 8,499 (2011 census) and the surrounding area is predominantly residential with a good amenity and within walking distance to the town centre.
