The building is of steel portal frame construction with brick and metal profile clad elevations under a pitched roof with a profile metal sheet covering. Location and Transport
The property is situated on the established Burrington Way Industrial Estate, which lies to the north of Plymouth city centre and just south of the A38. Access to the estate is provided from the A38 at the Crownhill exit then Outland Road and then Crownhill Road (B3411).
Plymouth is the second largest centre in the south west of England after Bristol and lies approximately 120 miles to the south west of Bristol and 45 miles to the south west of Exeter.
Principal access to the city is via the A38 Devon Expressway, which links with the M5 motorway at Exeter to the north east providing access to the national motorway network.
