The offices have been fitted out to a very high standard in comparison to similar warehouses with tiled or carpeted floors, plastered and painted walls and suspended ceilings incorporating recessed lighting and air conditioning.
The “L” shaped extension warehouse is again of steel portal frame and provides a further mix of office accommodation, warehouse and storage space, with an additional 4 electrically operated roller shutter doors and access through some portacabin extensions which have been attached to the west elevation, giving access to the grassed expansion land.
Within the main warehouse eaves height is a minimum of 6.28m rising to 7.68m at the apex. In the ancillary warehousing the minimum eaves as measured was 3.87 m
Total site has been measured at 4.859 acres (1.966 ha).
