The c.11 acre site is located in a prominent raised position on Whistleberry Road, overlooking the affluent Bothwell, close to the town of Hamilton, which lies approximately 12 miles from Glasgow City Centre.

Access to Junction 5 of the A725 Expressway is just minutes away. Hamilton has a resident population of approximately 50,000 people and is close to the large neighbouring towns of East Kilbride and Motherwell.

The site benfits from excellent connectivity, being in close proximity to the Raith Interchange, which will shortly provides a direct link into the national road network, including the M74 and M8.
