Location and Transport

Chard is a South Somerset market town (population 0f 12,000); located approximately 15 miles south-west of Yeovil and approximately 14 miles south-east of Taunton.

Principal road access to Chard is from the A30, which passes through the centre of the town and the A358, which connects with the A303 to the north and Taunton and the M5 motorway beyond. The A30 provides links with Honiton and Exeter to the west and Crewkerne to the east.

The property is situated on the north side of Chard, within a predominantly residential area. It has direct access off the A358 Furnham Road, which forms the radial route connected with the A303 to the north.
