The temperatures in each cubicle are individually controlled by means of dedicated terminal heater batteries. 3500 pallet temperature controlled storage facility and >500 pallets of 2 to 8°C storage.

Location and Transport

The subject property is situated at Lancaster Way on Wingates Industrial Estate in the Westhaughton area of Bolton. Junction 6 of the M61 motorway is located within 1.75 miles and is accessed via the A6 Chorley Road. The M61 connects to the M60 Orbital motorway 8.5 miles to the South and to junction 2 M65 and junction 29 M6 motorways 11 miles and 12.25 miles respectively to the North. The M60 provides direct access to the M62, M56, M66 and M67 regional motorways. Bolton Town Centre is located 6 miles to the North East, Manchester City Centre is located 17 miles to the South East and Manchester International Airport is located approximately 24 miles to the South-East.
