Overview

JLL Hotels and Hospitality Group has been appointed sole advisor by the Vendor (Trading as Talash Hotels Group) to offer for sale the Portfolio of hotels, known as Project Hermes (“The Portfolio”), comprising nine hotels located across the United Kingdom in key regional markets.The portfolio of hotels offer a number of significant value-add opportunities and comprises of a total of 661 guest bedrooms held predominantly by way of freehold interest, with two hotels by way of long-leasehold interest. The hotels are primarily located in the Midlands and North West of England and include the Group’s flagship hotel, Stoke Rochford Hall Hotel near Grantham, Lincolnshire.
