Description
Bruntwood Works’ £30m Ev0 development in Greater Manchester will meet the LETI 2020 design target for upfront carbon; the RIBA 2025 performance targets on whole life carbon and the UKGBC Paris Proof target on operational energy use
The 82,000 sq ft site will follow the UK Green Building Council’s (UKGBC) net zero carbon framework and achieve net zero in both up front construction and operation
Ev0 is targeting NABERS 5.5 stars and BREEAM Excellent ratings
94% of the total energy demand of the development will be generated on site with the remaining sourced from Bruntwood’s co-operative owned wind farm in Ayrshire
Completion is expected April 2024
