On behalf of our retained client we have been asked to seek B1c, B2 & B8 (consideration for other uses will be given) interest in the site at Edgar Mobbs Way, Northampton. For industrial use we can deliver up to 68,000 sq ft with a c.50m yard.
The site is located within a prime industrial / retail / leisure area to the West of the Town Centre close to the M1 Jcts 15a & 16.
