Wardpark at Cumbernauld is centrally located alongside the M80 providing direct access to Central Scotland's M8/M9/M80 Motorway Triangle. It is the most recognised industrial and business area of Cumbernauld, lying to the North East of Cumbernauld Town Centre and accessed via Junction 6, Castlecary. Both Glasgow and Edinburgh Airports are within a 30 minute drive from the estate and the Cumbernauld Airport for light aircraft is encompassed within Wardpark itself.

Trade Wardpark is located on the Castlecary Road to the Eastern side of Wardpark and accessed from the B816 which links with the M80 at Westerwood Old Inns roundabout.
