Trident Trade Park is situated prominently within Ocean Park, which is Cardiff’s prime business and industrial location. The estate is located approximately 1 mile south of Cardiff city centre and is close to Rover Way, which provides access to the A48(M), the arterial route to Junctions 29 and 30 of the M4 motorway. To the west is the A4232 dual carriageway which is accessed via the Eastern Bay Link Road and provides direct access to Junction 33 of the M4 motorway. Occupiers in the area include bad Wolf Studios, Encon, Viridor, BSS and Travis Perkins.
