The Office Group continues its London expansion

The Office Group are regarded as one of the top providers for flexible office space across the UK, with the majority of their office stock situated in London and expanding rapidly throughout the capital.


The company look to expand their portfolio in London by just over 1.1 million sq ft as they open new centres over the coming 12 months at the White Collar Factory in Old Street, Tintagel House in Vauxhall, Lyric Square in Hammersmith and finally two new centres in the area surrounding Victoria station. These locations have low supply of flexible office space and are seen to be improving greatly due to recent developments for both commercial and residential stock, as well as improvements to local transport in and out of London, making them desirable areas for occupiers. 


The Office Group has become extremely popular across London for a number of reasons:

  • Their fit-out is creative and collaborative with all centres and locations offering something a little bit different. They offer occupiers a mix of coworking space outside of the office but plenty of privacy when required to lock yourself away.
  • Their joint venture with Network Rail has meant they have become popular for offering great, flexible space close to very busy transport hubs, which in certain areas did not exist before. This has meant The Office Group have been ahead of the flexible space curve in many different locations including Kings Cross, Euston, Paddington, Marylebone and notably Old Street and Shoreditch.
  • The company offers a high quality product with strong service levels but at a price that is on average with the market, providing great value for money. This offers something for everyone, from the premium top floors in The Shard to the more creative, exposed brick options in Shoreditch.
